Payment Information

Thank you for choosing to work with me. The information below explains how session payments are managed. If you have any questions about fees or payment, please feel free to ask.

Payment Method

Payment is made via bank transfer using the details provided to you at the start of therapy.  Please use your first name and the session date at the Reference where possible.

Payment Timing

Payment is requested before or on the day of your session, unless we have agreed otherwise.  If payment has not been received, the session may need to be rescheduled.

Cancellations and Missed Sessions

Please give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or rearrange a session.  Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged at the full session rate.

Receipts

Receipts are available on request.
